Uncontested Divorce Mediation
Online Divorce Mediation & COVID-19
Due to social distancing and our desire to assist through these were tough times we are offering mediation via ZOOM at a reduced rate. The current rate per party per hour is $75 with a $200 deposit per party, which starts the process.
SB Mediation Center looks forward to speaking with both of you jointly. In order to assist everyone neutrally, ongoing communication with one party (ex parte) is prohibited to eliminate bias.
By having conversations initially with the mediator, together, it builds trust that may have been lacking.
After the lengthy stay at home orders you have concluded you don’t like your spouse…at all. Feelings are mutual.
We are not encouraging splitting because of the pandemic. The pandemic has exacerbated the divide between you both. Be sure you want to do this together before calling us. We are not the people to assist with mending the relationship or advocating for you and your interests. That is the role of an attorney.
Do not let that feeling fester. If it continues to escalate it may lead to costly litigation, be emotionally expensive, and damaging to your relationship after the dust settles for your divorce case.
Mediation is a process of mutual compromise. It is not a winner take all proposition. It is a process to address both of the parties’ needs, including parties that are not at the mediation table. IE: your children. What do you need to resolve the divorce amicably?
Yes, since we’ve been helping families for years resolving their differences we can help with all of the divorce details.
- Parenting Time (custody)

We won’t say it’s going to be easy. Divorce mediation, it beats the alternatives.
